Return Policy

At WorldPrime, every order is carefully inspected before shipment to maintain the highest quality possible.

Because of the nature of our products, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged due to shipping.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

The product must arrive visibly damaged during delivery.

The package and products must remain unused.

Customers may be asked to provide photos of the damaged package/items for verification.

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products.

Orders damaged after delivery.

Change of mind or incorrect usage.
